ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to dispose of the representation dated 14.06.2022 given by the petitioner in respect of the alleged misappropriation of the society funds.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the representation given by the petitioner was considered and closed on 03.10.2018 after conducting enquiry.

3.It is submitted further that the petitioner has once again filed same petition dated 14.06.2022 and the said petition was also closed by the police. It is submitted that there is no complaint given by the petitioner pending before the respondent police.

4.Since the representation dated 14.06.2022 has already been closed and no complaint is pending with the police, no further orders can be passed in this case. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of the petition given by him, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate criminal Court and file a complaint. The 2/4

respondent police are hereby directed to serve a copy of the closure report in respect of the representation dated 14.06.2022 to the petitioner by way of registered post.
