When both the writ petitions are taken up for hearing together, it came to the knowledge of this Court that the petitioner has filed the writ petition in WP(MD)No.14231 of 2025 challenging the transfer order of the first respondent and had obtained an order of interim stay. However, suppressing the said writ petition, the petitioner filed another writ petition in WP(MD)No.15045 of 2025 challenging the very same transfer order of the first respondent. It clearly reveals that the petitioner has approached the Court with unclean hands.

In view of the above observations, the present writ petitions are liable to be dismissed on the ground of the suppression of material facts by the petitioner and having approached this Court with uncleaned and tainted hands. Hence, the order of interim stay already granted shall stand vacated and these writ petitions are dismissed on the ground of suppression of material facts. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
