ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2025.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The petitioner only seeks expeditious disposal at the representation. In the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to enquire into the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2025 and if necessary, give a personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and pass final orders on the said representation dated 31.0 3.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.There shall be no order as to costs.
