Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent herein to comply with order in Crl MP No.5978/2023 dt.03.01.2024 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai, and consequently register a First Information Report based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.10.2023 within a stipulated time.

The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police has not acted upon his complaint, dated 10.10.2023, even after the 1/4

reference made by the learned Magistrate in Crl MP No.5978/2023 , dated 03.01.2024 has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action on his complaint. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted, the enquiry reveals that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his own son and a report has also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court for further course of action.
