Pleased to set aside the judgment and conviction passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in S.C.No. 209 OF 2016 dated 18.08.2022 and acquit the appellants herein.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THALAIMUTHARASU G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1904 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.543 of 2022 dated 17.04.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 25.04.2023 till today, but, during the said period, the petitioner has not appeared between 03.06.2023 and 13.06.2023 and subsequently, he has appeared till today. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
