O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks closure of TASMAC Shop No.6551 at Thoothur Village, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District. But, he has not been able to point out the statutory violation on the part of the authorities, as regards the location of TASMAC shop in question.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the TASMAC also filed a typed set of papers showing that there is building plan approval for the premises in question.

3.There is no merit in this writ petition. It stands dismissed.
