PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.633 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 448, 324, 307 of I.P.C r/w. 4 1/3

of TNPHW Act in Crime No. 633 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute the petitioner herein abused and attacked the defacto complainant, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen from the Accident Register that the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries and hence custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. Further this is the fifth application for bail. There is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petitions. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Let the petitioner surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
