Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner alleges that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that the local police are unnecessarily interfering with the same.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate asserted that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and when it was enquired into, the petitioner had given a certain undertaking and that he is now acting contrary to the said undertaking.

W.P.(MD)No.14605 of 2020 4.If that be so, in future if any complaint is received against the petitioner, the second respondent will hold an enquiry and summon the petitioner only in writing and there is no question of orally summoning the petitioner. If the second respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner then the petitioner will be put on notice so that the petitioner will have berathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 5.The writ petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
