Respondents Prayer:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members as well as petitioners property comprised in New Survey No.1317/6 situated at Batlagundu,Nilakottai Taluk,Dindigul as per the order made in the learned Principal Sub Court, Dindigul in Appeal No.113/2006, thereby prevent the respondents 4 and 5 and other unauthorized persons from their illegal attempt of trespass and give protection to repair the house of the petitioner in the above property and consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members as well as petitioners property comprised in New Survey No.1317/6 situated at Batlagundu,Nilakottai Taluk,Dindigul as per the order made in the learned Principal Sub Court, Dindigul in Appeal No.113/2006, thereby prevent the respondents 4 and 5 and other unauthorized persons from their illegal attempt of trespass and give protection to repair the house of the petitioner in the above property and consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 4 and 5 are attempting to trespass into the their land and that they are preventing the petitioner from repairing the house, thereby he has made a representation dated 13.07.2021 to the third respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired and the opposite parties were summoned and the parties have been advised to approach the concerned civil Court and the CSR has been closed. 4.
