3.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to enable the petitioner to participate in the following tenders viz., Sl.No.1 in Tender Notice No.7/2025-2026, Sl.No.1 in Tender Notice No.8/2025, Sl.No.1 in Tender Notice No.11/2025-2026, Sl.No.1 in Tender Notice No.12/2025-2026, Sl.No.1 in Tender Notice No.13/2025-2026, Sl.No.1 in Tender Notice No.14/2025-2026, Sl.No.4 in Tender Notice No. 7/2025-2026 dated 25.04.2025, pertaining to the upgradation of Panchayat Union/Panchayat Roads to other District Roads. 4.Mr.K.S.Selva Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner may appear before the second respondent on 12.05.2025 at 10.30 a.m. The necessary inspection will be carried out by the officials in the presence of the writ petitioner and appropriate orders will be passed without any further delay on or before 16.05.2025, to enable the petitioner to comply with the timelines, namely 19.05.2025.
