ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him based on the complaint of the 7th respondent and for a direction to the respondent police to take action on the petitioner's complaint.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint that his wife has cheated him by obtaining his signature and by creating settlement deed with regard to the property in dispute. He further submits that with regard to the very same property, the petitioner has filed a suit against his brother and he lost the suit. Therefore, the respondent police have closed the complaint referring them to work out their remedy before the competent civil Court.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner 3/5
