Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to set aside the impugned order dated 29.07.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.1550 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and consequently, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 14.08.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.1876 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanthapuram. For Petitioners : Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Addl. Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

The petitioners are shown as accused in Crime No.135 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent. The petitioners were arrested and later released on bail. They are complying with the conditions stipulated in the bail order. The petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent once in a month. Seeking relaxation of the said condition, the petitioners filed Crl.M.P.No.1550 of 2021 before the Court below. Since there was opposition from the respondent and since the final report had not been filed, the learned Trial Judge was pleased to dismiss the petition. Challenging the same, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.It is seen that the FIR was registered as early as on 18.04.2020.

The petitioners had been complying with the conditions imposed on them on all these months. It is further seen that the first accused was granted relief by this Court and the condition was imposed on him was subsequently relaxed also. Crl.O.P(MD)No.18820 of 2021 3.In this view of the matter, the order impugned in this criminal original petition is set aside and the criminal original petition is allowed. The conditions imposed of the petitioners are totally relaxed.
