For Respondent : Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.13 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 509 I.P.C in Crime No.13 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is a Pastor of a church sexually harassed the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.11474 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a Pastor of a church. On knowing that the defacto complainant is a widow, the petitioner approached the defacto complainant and took her to the church run by him for service where the petitioner sexually harassed the defacto complainant and also obtained her property. 5.Consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
