This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent has falsely foisted this case against the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation in this Crime No.154 of 2022, final report was filed before the concerned Court. Now the petitioner awaiting summons from the concerned trial Court. Hence, nothing survives for 2/4

further consideration in this case. She has to appear before the trial Court and face the trial process.
