The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent police are harassing them under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the respondents 3 and 4. Based on the complaint of the respondents 3 and 4, the respondent police are harassing the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police have not registered any case as against the petitioners and they are not harassing them. It is only an enquiry they are conducting pursuant to the complaint forwarded by the CM cell to the respondent police on 19.06.2024.

Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police shall not harass the petitioners.
