RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.6871 of 2023 dated 18.04.2023 in para 7(a).

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESHAPANDIAN V M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6871 of 2023, dated 18.04.2023 in Para 7(a). 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is inside and as such his wife could not able to mobilise the original title deed to the value of Rs.50 lakhs. However, he undertakes to submit the original title deed after coming out from the prison.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6871 of 2023, dated 18.04.2023 in Para 7, 7(a) and 7(b) is modified as follows:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7958 of 2023 "7.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, and on further conditions that: [a]After coming out from the prison, within ten days, the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed, which stands in his name or in his relative's name or in his friend's name worth about Rs.50 lakhs along with the property valuation certificate from the authorities competent before the concerned Court without prejudice to his defence;
