PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to impugned order of the 2nd respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 805/E/2019 dated 22.10.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reduce the lease amount for the fishery rights of Kalikkanaickenpatty Pond for the period of 5 years commencing from 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2024 by calculating the actual extent of the said Pond.
