O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence the property.

2. The petitioner is relying upon the ex-parte decree that was passed in O.S.No.172 of 2022 by the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi. The petitioner claims that this decree is in force till date.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the second respondent. The second respondent shall enquire and if the decree passed in favour of the petitioner is in force till date, police protection shall be given to fence the property. If on the other hand any civil proceedings are pending, the parties shall be relegated to the competent civil Court.

4. This Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
