[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to shift the TASMAC Shop No.11861, situated in Thiruvannamalai Road, Thiruvannamalai Panchayat, Soolai Vinayagar Nagar of Srivilliputhur Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Virudhunagar District to a far of place, within the time specified by this Court.

2.Heard both sides. No counter is filed on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3.By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.In view of the proceedings of the first respondent/The District Collector, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar, dated 15.09.2017 shifting the TASMAC Shop No.11861, situated in Thiruvannamalai Road, Thiruvannamalai Panchayat, Soolai Vinayagar Nagar of Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to another place, this Court closes the Writ Petition, as nothing survives for adjudication. No costs.
