Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's husband / Neethirajan died in an accident on 21.10.2020. According to the petitioner, her husband had duly registered with the respondent Board. Therefore, the claim was made on 25.10.2021. The petitioner wants the same to be considered. The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's petition mentioned claim on merits and pass final order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
