O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of 1/4

enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that previously the petitioner was working under one Jegan as a staff. Later she resigned her job. However, during the course of the above said employment some sort of illegal activities was undertaken by the Jegan. Over which the complaint has been made by her. She appeared several times before the respondent police. Even though the earlier complaint was closed, repeated summons has been issued and harassment has been made.

3.The second respondent is present before this Court and would submit that the earlier complaint given by Ramar, before the District Crime Branch was closed. So far as enquiry now undertaken is concerned nothing to do with the above said District Crime Branch enquiry. Only based upon the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is undertaken. Only for that purpose the petitioner was called for enquiry. There is no question of harassment. On misconception of facts, this petition has been filed.

4.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police, co-operate to complete the enquiry. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry by enquiring both parties, within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of parties.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
