Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to comply the order of the second respondent, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.a3/5027/2018, dated 07.09.2018 and remove the coconut trees of the fourth respondent, those are making nuisance, on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 11.12.2017, 22.01.2018 and 27.08.2018. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to comply the order of the second respondent, vide his proceedings Na.Ka.A3/5027/2018, dated 07.09.2018 and remove the coconut trees of the fourth respondent, which are making nuisance, on the basis of the petitioner's representations, dated 11.12.2017, 22.01.2018 and 27.08.2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.A3/5027/2018, dated 07.09.2018, coconut trees have been removed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and the relief sought by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
