ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that all the petition mentioned survey numbers have been classified as "water bodies".

2.According to the official respondents, only in Survey No.546/2B, there is an encroachment. And in other survey numbers there are no 2/4

encroachments. Form - 7 notice has been issued today to the encroachers in Survey Number 546/2B.

3.The third respondent is directed to take the process to its logical conclusion by adhering to the due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
