ORDER

Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he is working as Selection Grade Wireman from 10.05.1995 in the Government Children home at Thattaparai.

Since there is a mistake in refixing the petitioner's salary as per 6th Pay Commission, he submitted a representation on 08.06.20201 to the respondent, requesting to rectify the same. However, till date no orders have been passed on the said representation. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2021 on tis own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
