ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take action on the representation to the 1st respondent dated 22.03.2024 and representation to the 2nd respondent dated to 25.03.2024 for taking appropriate action for the discrepancies in conducting the examination awarding marks and certificate verification in the appointment of Assistant Surgeon (General) notified by the 1st respondent in notification No. 11/MRB/2022. scheme and the applicable rules and regulations. 2/5

2. Heard Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the enquiry has been completed and a report has been filed. In view of the subsequent notification given for recruitment, the prayer sought for in the writ petition itself has become infructuous.
