This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction to the second and third respondents/Tahsildhar and Head Surveyor of Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District to conduct survey of the lands in Survey No. 324(2), 325(1) at Karaichuthupudur Village, Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli.

2.The petitioner had given a representation on 02.02.2023 and also paid necessary charges. He had also given complaint earlier on 07.11.2022. He had actually paid Rs.1,600/- on 06.10.2021. 3.A direction is given to the second and third respondents to conduct survey of the lands as sought in the representation given by the petitioner, if there is no impediment. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
