This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to 4 to direct the Respondent No.5 to grant salary from January 2021 to till date along 1/3

with interest to the petitioner within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the salary has been paid to the petitioner and the learned learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that nothing survives for adjudication and prayer sought for has become infructuous.
