ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985, in Cr. No.322 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 20.06.2021 at about 12.00 p.m, on receiving the secret information, the respondent Police went to the occurrence place and found the accused with illegal possession of 2.500 kgs of Ganja. Hence the case.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the interim bail was already granted to the petitioner and therefore, 2/4

the petitioner surrendered before the concerned jail authorities.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
