This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaints dated 16.11.2020 and 18.04.2022 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that pursuant to the complaints given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed due to lack of jurisdiction.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional Police, if he is having any grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
