ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the Petitioner dated 27.4.2023 on the file of the 3rd Respondent within time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit the dispute arisen between the members of particular community over ownership of trust and building. Regarding the above said issue, this petitioner is claiming right and is also given a complaint. Similarly, the counter party also given a complaint, over which, three CSRs have been registered in CSR No.100/2022, 199/2022 and 92/2023. In the enquiry process this petitioner did not appear and no conclusion or agreement could be reached. Apprehending breach of peace and law and order issue, recommendation has been sent to Deputy Collector, Paramakudi, to initiate action on 10.03.2023, but so far, the above said recommendation has not been considered.

3. In view of the above said development, this matter has become infructuous.
4. Hence, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
