ORDER

Seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondents to provide necessary Police Protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the 3rd and 4th respondents based on his representation dated 23.05.2023, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation sent by the petitioner enquiry is undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that a civil suit in O.S.No. 20 of 2023 is pending before the civil forum. 3.Since the suit is pending between the parties, they have to workout their remedy in the pending suit. Absolutely, there is no life threat to the petitioner at the hands of the private respondents herein. 2/4

4.Let the representation, seeking police protection, dated 23.05.2023, be disposed of immediately by directing the parties to workout their remedy in the pending suit itself, after ascertaining life threat, since there is no question of life threat to the petitioner. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
