When the case was called up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this Petition, in view of the fact that the learned Principal Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, has already given permission to the Passport Authorities to issue passport to the petitioner for a period of one year.
