ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd Respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the 3rd respondent in O.S No.20/2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Karaikudi, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the pathway dispute between the parties, the complaint was given by the petitioner, which was enquired in C.S.R.No.505 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both parties have appeared and given an undertaking that they will measure the property with the help of the surveyor. Based upon the above said undertaking, that complaint was closed on 02.05.2023. Subsequent to that a suit in O.S.No.20 of 2023 was filed by this petitioner against the counter parties. 2/4

3.Since the suit is pending between the parties, let the parties workout their remedy in the pending suit.

4.With the above said liberty this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
