Respondents Prayer :- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed Under Article 226 of Constitution of India to directing the Respondent No.1 to produce the body or person of the petitioner`s wife namely Saktheeswari wife of Guru @ Paramaguru aged about 37 years from the illegal custody respondents no.2 to 4 before this Honble Court and set her at liberty.
