ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a well known shaivaite mutt. All that the petitioner wants is that the petition mentioned properties must be surveyed and demarcated. The petitioner is permitted to submit a formal application to the first respondent and also remit the necessary charges. Thereupon, the respondents are directed to demarcate the petition mentioned properties as expeditiously as possible.
