PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.59 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.05.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.59 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.03.2020, the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the shop of the de-facto complainant and stolen 107 grams of gold ornaments and Rs.47,000/-. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is a case of house breaking. There are two accused involved in this case, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as A2 and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9740 of 2023 he has also involved in another previous case of similar in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
