ORDER

This Writ Petition is for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.09.2018 for family pension payable to her, after the death of her husband viz., Rajakannu.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the competent authority to consider the request is the second respondent/Administrator, TNSTC Employees Pension Fund Trust and the first respondent. Since the representation has been addressed to the first respondent, no action could be taken on the representation of the petitioner.

3. Taking note of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner herein is hereby directed to given fresh representation to the second respondent. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving representation.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of . No costs.
