ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the order, dated 23.05.2023, whereby, the appointment of the Ad hoc Committee was terminated by the first respondent Board.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the respondent Board that nothing survives in the present writ petition for adjudication, inasmuch as the tenure of the Ad hoc Committee itself is only for the period from 17.10.2022 till 16.10.2023. Since the tenure itself is over, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
