This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3591 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was admitted in hospital and there was some difficulty in securing the sureties to execute the bail bond, the time granted by this Court has got expired.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time and the time is extended till 21.05.2025.
