This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders on the proposal forwarded by the fifth respondent, in his proceedings dated 15.10.2019, for regularisation of petitioner's service on completion of two years ie., on 31.03.2012, in the consolidated pay, as per G.O.(Ms).No.151, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department, dated 16.10.2008.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, suffice, to pass appropriate order to dispose of his representation, dated 07.11.2019.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submits that the second respondent would dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2019, within a period of four weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5. Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and pendency of the representation dated 07.11.2019, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose it of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
