Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has given a complaint dated 16.09.2020. The third respondent is directed to look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. If the petitioner's complaint makes out a case of cognizable offence then FIR has to be registered.

If no cognizable offence is made out then petition/enquiry must be closed and the result of the enquiry must the intimated to the petitioner so that she can take further action as per law.
