ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry except by due process of law. 1/4
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based upon the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.G3/4243/21620/2022. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute and the petitioner appeared before the enquiry officer and he has given undertaking that they will settle the issue through the civil process. Based upon that undertaking, it was closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there is civil dispute between the parties, the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
