Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the alleged complaint lodged by the respondents 4 to 6 herein. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the alleged complaint lodged by the respondents 4 to 6 herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.12.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
