ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the official respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.The case of the petitioner is that one Sivasubramaniam, received a sum of Rs.27,00,000/- from him and promised him to execute power of attorney in favour of the petitioner and thereafter, he died. When the petitioner approached the legal heirs of the said Sivasubramaniam for executing power of attorney, they abused the petitioner in filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated and the same is pending. 2/4

4.Since the complaint appears to be civil in nature, the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the appropriate civil Court. This Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
