ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.100 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have abused the brother of the defacto complainant and assaulted him with knife and glass bottle. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is having 12 previous cases to his credit. 5.Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
