"The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, having regard to the direction of Honourable Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari's case." 2.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
