For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 04.08.2021 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.6330 of 2020, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6330 of 2020, the contemnors preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.822 of 2022 and this Court has granted interim stay and hence, there is no wilful disobedience.
