This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere in the civil dispute on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents herein. 2 When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.08.2021, notice was ordered to the respondents 5 and 6 returnable today. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners appeared before the Enquiry Officer and during the course of enquiry, they have agreed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP (MD) No.11727 of 2021 to work out their remedy through civil proceedings, which is pending in O.S.No.577 of 2021.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor circulated a copy of the closure report in which it is stated that the parties have agreed to work out their remedy before the concerned court.

4. In view of the closure report, the question of interference into the civil dispute by the official respondents may not arise. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the statement made by the petitioners before the respondent police, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
