ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that there is a wilful disobedience of the order and direction passed in W.P(MD).No.11338 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the copy of proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.6718A4/2023 dated 04.06.2024, which has also been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and a report has also been filed to that effect. The said report and the proceedings of the respondent are placed on record.
