ORDER
The petitioner, who appears to have lodged a complaint as against her husband and in-laws, has filed this petition seeking police protection. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent Police has not taken any action on her complaint and hence, her husband and inlaws are harassing her. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that it is only a matrimonial dispute and a case was also registered as against R3, R4 and R5 in Cr.No.104 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 109, 294(b), 324, 506(2) and 4998(A) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
